We drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Park- and would follow them anywhere! My two children love to go to the dentist because... of their friendly hygienists, welcoming atmosphere and beautiful office. I enjoy Dr. Park’s approach to general care of my children’s teeth to navigating orthodontics. We can’t recommend this office enough!read more

We’ve been with Park Pediatric for 7 years. Sometimes you go and get excellent service, and sometimes you go and are... pressured into expensive procedures, wait 45 minutes past your appointment time ( we were the only patients... literally NO ONE else in the office), and are charged for missing appointments you never made or rescheduled. Instead of apologizing for errors, the new receptionist ( who does not speak good English) argues with you repeatedly. Dr. Park himself is amazing, but I would recommend better hiring in staff. I once had a hygienist chase me out demanding I agree to a procedure for my daughter. They have a great atmosphere for kids (lots of movies, games and magazines), and certain hygienists are amazing. They also saw us immediately right after a dental emergency. Like other reviews said, you are not allowed with your child during dental procedures, and are repeatedly convinced your child needs $800 in dental procedures done. I’ve decided it’s just not worth it anymore.read more

I took my daughter to Dr. Park, and she had wonderful experience. All three hygienist were great and very friendly. I... am very happy with office and staff. All front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Dr. Park recommended some treatment and he explained well. He is very knowledgeable. My daughter was very nervous at first but she did excellent. Dr. And his assistant, Develyn were awesome. They were very gentle with my daughter. My daughter did not even know that her procedure was done in no time!!read more

We have only ever received quality care from Dr. Park and his staff. All 3 of my kids love going to the dentist, even... after a filling. I think the policy of not letting parents be in the area during a filling helps skittish kids settle down more. My daughter gets more worked up when I'm around than she does with just the Dentist.read more

My two children came in for their cleanings and had a great experience at Dr. Park’s office. The hygienists did a... great job of explaining the importance of good oral hygiene. And Dr. Park was very thorough in evaluating my children’s teeth. The front office was also very helpful in scheduling my children’s appointments. I would recommend this office to anyone. I am so glad that we found this office.read more

Dr Park seemed fine when we went in for cleanings but when we needed a procedure, our experience changed drastically.... First off, he told me my child has a condition called enamel hyperplasia. Our previous pediatric dentist never mentioned such a condition and when I looked up what it was and what it looks like, I was surprised to find that condition looks nothing like my child's teeth. We then took her to our old pediatric dentist when we were visiting family out of state and asked about the condition, he was adamant that she absolutely did not have enamel hyperplasia. Dr Park also wanted to do a crown on a cavity instead of a filling which is a much more drastic procedure. Again, we went ahead and had our old pediatric dentist look at the tooth and xrays and he was rather puzzled as to why a dentist would want to Crown it. It was a significant cavity but not so significant to require a crown so we had it filled there. The other issue that I think all parents would like to be aware of is that Dr Park was not going to allow me to be present during the procedure and when I spoke to him about it he recommended I go to a different dentist! We have since found another pediatric dentist in the area that we love, who also agrees that my child does not have enamel hyperplasia and happily allows parents to be present during procedures. I have three older children and have never encountered a dentist like Dr Park.I would not recommend him to any parent!read more

I like Dr. Park and his staff. However, I wish they will send the claim to the dental insurance when you have it as a... secondary. My regular dentist sends the claim to both insurances. It is super annoying to send the claims after each visit.read more

The staff at this office was great with my 4 year old today. As he was screaming and attempting to run out of the... office they remained calm and sweet and worked to reassure him that his visit would be painless and quick. My son quickly calmed down and we were able to complete his appointment. I will continue to drive all the way from Dallas for my children's dental care because of the excellent care my children receive here!read more

My son has seen Dr. Parks before. While the staff (hygienists) are great, the front staff are super rude. In addition,... I was told that my son had developed 8 cavities in around 6 months and that he needed to be put under at a hospital to fix baby teeth. We always brush and floss 2x a day, so I was in shock. I also do not believe in putting my kid under anesthesia. So getting a second opinion.read more

Just took my 6 year old Autistic son for his regular check up to Dr. Park's office, he is always very anxious every... time we come for his cleanings, all the stuff was ready for him, made him feel welcomed and comfortable, I didn't need to go in with him because he was so happy, he got the full work up and even pictures! which he doesn't normally like, The Assistants are amazing, front desk is nice and kind all the time and the super star is definitely Dr. Park, who made my son feel at ease talking about his favorite superheroes 🙂 I highly recommend this office, i take my older daughter too and she is always happy to come, she is had treatment done once, and after all the recommendations Dr. Park gave us the first time we were there she has not had a cavity ever since, i can honestly say they are the best in this area.APRread more

Best Pediatric Dentist!!!! I do not usually write reviews but I’m going to make an exception this time. I have been... taking my daughter to this office for the fourth time already and we love it. The staff is absolutely great and they care for the kids! The hygienist are excellent showing and instructing my daughter on how to take care of her teeth properly. Other staff is also great and very detail when it comes to explain dental treatment, always thinking and recommending what is best for her. I am glad we have found Dr Park, a single doctor practice who truly care for people. We used to go to a one of those big chain dental offices previously, where it was very inconsistent with different Doctors and their diagnosis. Dr Park is one of a kind!We highly recommend this office to everyone who comes across this review. You won’t be disappointed!read more

We are so pleased that our daughter is a patient at Park Pediatric Dentistry. The whole team is exceptional. The... front office staff is helpful and friendly when scheduling our appointments and at check-in. My daughter was very impressed with how engaged her hygienist was during the cleaning appointment. Dr. Park was very thorough in showing us the X-rays and explaining every aspect of my daughter's treatment. The hygienists helped her understand how to improve care at home and how to prevent cavities. Dr. Park is excellent at engaging with each child on their level at every age and puts even the most nervous child at ease. At my daughter's treatment visit, Dr. Park was very gentle and explained everything he did as he was doing it. He put her at ease, knowing this was the first time she'd had treatment. The dental assistants are very caring, making jokes to put my daughter at ease as she was sitting in the chair. Dr. Park even followed up with us later that day to see how she was doing. I later found out that he calls all of his patients after they have had treatment, which shows the level of care he has for each child in his practice and how he goes above and beyond.read more
